Led by a certified personal trainer, these sessions are tailored to the needs and goals of the group and accommodate a variety of fitness levels.

Dryland training is essential for athletes looking to stay in top shape throughout their sports seasons. At Rehab Plus, we are proud to offer specialized training for athletes and teams across all sports.
Since each sport has its own unique demands, our programs are customized to the specific needs of each team we work with. Our Registered Kinesiologists and Personal Trainers design sport-specific workouts that target the skills and physical attributes necessary for peak performance. Each program is carefully structured in a safe, progressive manner to help athletes maintain and enhance their fitness levels so that they can perform at their full potential throughout their competitive seasons.
Dryland training not only focuses on building strength, speed, and endurance to help athletes thrive during their seasons, but it also fosters their development of coordination and technique needed to become well-rounded athletes.
